What happens if WriteText.ai times out during text generation?

 Timeouts in WriteText.ai can occur during text generation or keyword optimization. What you see, and what you can do next, depends on which process was running when the timeout happened.

The timeout window can be up to 1 hour. The most common cause is a provider outage, such as an outage on OpenAI's end. 

During text generation

If text generation times out during a bulk action, the affected records are marked as failed on the progress bar. If you were generating from the edit page, an error popup appears listing the specific text fields that failed to generate.

During keyword optimization

If keyword analysis times out, a "Keyword analysis processing failed" error appears on the grid or on the edit page. You can restart keyword analysis directly from there to try again.

What to do if the issue persists
