*Credits from the free plan and from the monthly or annual subscription do not carry over the next month. Pay-as-you go credits will carry over the next month as they have a validity of
1 year.

“Free credits” - The 35 complimentary credits included in your free plan that reset every month.
“Premium credits” - Any additional credits you purchase either as a pay-as-you-go user or a subscriber, valid for 1 year.
“Subscription credits” - The credits included in your subscription (110 for monthly or 1,320 for annual subscriptions) that reset at the next subscription period.

Premium features are unlocked for any ecommerce site in your account for as long as you have an active subscription. If you’re a pay-as-you-go user, premium features remain unlocked for 1 year from the date of purchase of premium credits, or until your premium credits are all used up, whichever comes first.

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose any unused subscription credits at the end of your subscription period. Meanwhile, if you have any unused premium credits, they will still be available for 1 year from the date of purchase and you will continue to enjoy premium features for as long as you have remaining premium credits in your account.
