How do credits work?

Credits are used per action, such as generating different types of text, running AI-powered keyword analysis, or performing real-time product research. Each action has a fixed credit cost, so you always know how many credits you’ll use before generating content.

Do credits expire?

On the Pro plan, credits do not roll over to the next billing period, whether you’re on a monthly or annual subscription. On the Starter plan, purchased credits remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What does “Full automation” mean on the Pro plan?

Full automation means you configure your keyword analysis, text generation, and publishing rules once, and the system can then run everything in bulk—automatically. This is a true “set and forget” workflow designed for large catalogs and ongoing optimization.

How accurate is the cost calculator?

The calculator estimates your expected credit usage based on the values you configure. Actual usage may be higher if:

  • You generate content multiple times per product
  • Your templates contain many sections or longer structures
  • You exceed the standard word limits included in each action

All estimates are based on the discounted Pro credit rate. If you remain on Starter, your cost per credit may be higher.

Can I try WriteText.ai for free?

Yes. Your free trial includes full access to all Pro features, including automation and advanced SEO tools. Once the trial ends, you’re free to switch to Starter (pay-as-you-go) or stay on Pro for ongoing automation and savings.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, your Pro features remain active until your current billing cycle ends.
