How do I filter products for bulk actions?

To filter products for bulk actions in WriteText.ai, use the filters at the top of your product list. Select the products you want, then apply bulk actions including full automation, bulk keyword analysis, bulk generate, and bulk transfer.  

Available filters

 The filters available in the product list depend on your platform. 

WooCommerce and Magento

• Category filters products by their assigned store category.
• Product type filters by how the product is structured, such as simple or variable products in WooCommerce, or simple or configurable products in Magento.
• WriteText.ai status filters by content-related statuses specific to the plugin, including text status, keyword status, and template assignment.
• Stock status filtering is available for WooCommerce but not for Magento stores.

Shopify

• Collection filters products by the collection they belong to in your Shopify store.
• Product type filters by the product type label assigned to a product in your Shopify admin.
• WriteText.ai status filters by content-related statuses specific to the plugin, including text status, keyword status, and template assignment.
• Stock status filtering is not available for Shopify stores.
