What is full automation?

 WriteText.ai includes a full automation feature that runs keyword analysis, content generation, and store transfer as a single bulk action, without requiring you to manage each step separately.

Full automation is a bulk action available in the WriteText.ai plugin. Instead of running keyword analysis, generating content, and transferring it to your store as separate steps, full automation combines all three into one. When triggered, it: 

  • Runs keyword analysis for each selected product
  • Generates SEO-optimized content based on your saved tone, style, and formatting preferences
  • Transfers the content to your store, according to your publishing settings (optional)

How does full automation work?

 You select the products you want to process, choose Full Automation from the bulk actions menu, and configure your preferences in the dialog. WriteText.ai then runs keyword analysis and generates content for each selected product automatically.

The transfer step depends on your store's API configuration. If REST/API access is correctly enabled in your store, the content is transferred as part of the same flow. If REST is disabled, you are not allowed to run full automation and an error message will appear. 

How to use full automation?

Full automation in WriteText.ai reduces manual work and speeds up content creation. To use it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the product list view in the WriteText.ai plugin.
  2. Select the products you want to process. You can select individual products or an entire category.
  3. Under Bulk Actions, select Full Automation and click Apply.
  4. In the dialog, configure the following:
    • Choose templates for the content types you want to generate.
    • Set parameters for keyword analysis, tone, style, and audience.
    • Select attributes and set text length for the generated content.

 Once you confirm, WriteText.ai runs keyword analysis, generates content, and transfers it to your store based on your settings.

**When you select all available attributes, WriteText.ai only applies the attributes that are linked to a specific product. For example, a "power" attribute will not be used for a product like a hammer if that attribute has not been set for it.

**If you are using a template, the text length setting is ignored. The template's predefined section lengths are used instead.
