WriteText.ai accesses only product and category data required to generate and publish optimized store content. Customer data is never accessed or stored.

This access is limited to what is necessary for content generation and publishing. WriteText.ai reads your product and category details to generate descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph text, and image alt text, and to publish that content back to your store.

What data is accessed?

WriteText.ai accesses two categories of store data: product details and category details.

• Product details — name, attributes, images, and other product-level data used as inputs for content generation
• Category details — category names and related data used for category description generation

What data is not accessed?

• Customer data — no names, contact details, order history, or any other customer-related information is read or stored

Only the store data required for content generation and optimization is used. No other data is collected or processed.
