Will existing product content and metadata be overwritten?

When you transfer generated content from WriteText.ai to WooCommerce, it replaces whatever is currently in the corresponding product fields. This applies to all text fields that WriteText.ai generates, including product descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, and other supported fields.

What gets replaced

The transfer does not merge new content with existing content, it overwrites it completely. Any media or shortcodes currently embedded in those fields will also be replaced by the new content.

This applies whether you are transferring product content and metadata for a single product or running a bulk transfer across multiple products.

Before you transfer

If you want to keep a copy of your current product content and metadata, back it up in WooCommerce before transferring.
