What content types does WriteText.ai generate?

WriteText.ai generates seven types of content for your product and category pages. You can choose which ones to generate on each run, so you only produce what you need at any given time. Credits are deducted only for the types you select. 

Supported content types

WriteText.ai supports generating the following content types:

  • Meta title — the clickable headline that appears in search engine results. A well-optimized meta title signals relevance to search engines and influences whether shoppers click through to your page. (Availability by platform: WooCommerce · Magento · Shopify)
  • Meta description — the short summary shown below the meta title in search results. It does not directly affect rankings, but a clear and relevant description improves click-through rates. (Availability by platform: WooCommerce · Magento · Shopify)
  • Product description — the main body text on a product page. This is where you describe what the product is, who it is for, and why it is worth buying. It is also a primary location for keyword placement.  
  • Product short description — a condensed version of the product description, typically displayed near the add-to-cart button. Useful for highlighting the most important details at a glance.
  • Open Graph text — the description that appears when a product page is shared on social media platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn. Optimized Open Graph text improves how your listings look in social feeds and can increase clicks from those channels. (Availability by platform: WooCommerce · Magento · Shopify)
  • Image alt text — a text description of each product image, read by search engines and screen readers. Alt text supports image search visibility and meets accessibility standards. (Availability by platform: WooCommerce · Magento · Shopify)  
  • Category description — descriptive text for product category pages. Category descriptions give search engines additional context about a section of your catalog and help shoppers understand what they are browsing. (Availability by platform: WooCommerce · Magento · Shopify)  

Each of these can be toggled individually, so you can tailor your content strategy to what matters most.

How to select content types

 On the content generation screen, you will see a list of available content types, each with its own checkbox. Tick the box next to each type you want WriteText.ai to generate. You can select one, a few, or all of them. Once generated, WriteText.ai publishes the content directly to your product and category pages. Nothing needs to be copied or transferred manually. 

How credits are used

Credits are only deducted for the content types you select. For example:

  • If you select Product Description and Meta Title, credits will be used for those two only.
  • If you leave Open Graph text or Short Description unchecked, no credits are used for those.
