Yes. The daily automation in WriteText.ai runs based on your server's configured time zone. Whatever time you set for automation to run, it will be triggered according to your server's clock — not your local time or any time zone set within WriteText.ai itself.

This means if your server is set to a different time zone than where you or your business operates, the automation may run earlier or later than you expect. 

What to check

Before setting your automation schedule (link to anchor: /kb/setting-up-automation or relevant automation setup article), confirm that your server's time zone is configured correctly. On WooCommerce, this is typically managed through your WordPress settings or your hosting provider's server configuration. On Shopify and Magento, time zone settings may be handled at the platform or server level depending on your setup.

If you're unsure what time zone your server is using, check with your hosting provider or review your server's system settings.
