Can I create custom keyword pipelines (and how)?

Yes. In WriteText.ai, you can build a custom keyword pipeline by dragging and dropping keywords into your preferred order, or by manually entering keywords you want to target. Both options are available directly in the keyword analysis section.

What a keyword pipeline is

A keyword optimization pipeline is a structured, prioritized sequence of keywords organized from low to high difficulty. Instead of targeting all keywords at once, WriteText.ai works through them in order — starting with easier-to-rank terms and advancing to more competitive ones over time, based on time intervals or ranking milestones you set.

How to build a custom pipeline

To set up your own pipeline:

  1. Run keyword analysis on a product to generate AI-powered keyword suggestions
  2. Drag and drop keywords from the keyword pool into your pipeline
  3. Rearrange keywords within the pipeline by dragging them into your preferred order
  4. To add a keyword that didn't appear in the suggestions, type it directly into the pipeline input field and confirm

Once your pipeline is ready, generate your content. WriteText.ai will incorporate your selected keywords into the output.

How to add keywords manually

Manual input lets you bring in keywords from outside the AI-generated suggestions. This is useful when you're working with branded terms, niche product-specific phrases, or keywords sourced from an external tool. Any keyword you add manually works the same way as one selected from the suggestions list, it enters the pipeline and gets used during generation.
