What is automation settings?

"Automation settings" is a section in WriteText.ai where you control when automated tasks run in your store. Specifically, it lets you set the daily time for two things: automatic new product detection and product data sync with the WriteText.ai service.

Automatic new product detection

WriteText.ai checks your store at the scheduled time and identifies any products that have been added since the last check. New products you add in your store are automatically detected and made available for content generation, no need to manually select or register them in WriteText.ai.

Product data sync

At the scheduled time, WriteText.ai pulls updated product data from your store and syncs it with the service. If you use Brand Voice for text generation, note that synced data is only reflected in content generated through a new Brand Voice created after the sync — existing Brand Voices cannot be updated to incorporate the latest product data.

Both tasks run once daily at the time you set. You can configure each one independently, depending on when you typically add new products or update existing data.

To access automation settings, go to Settings in your WriteText.ai dashboard and look for the Automation settings section.
