How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it, you can easily start the reset process by visiting our reset password page.

 Important to know

Resetting your password only applies to direct logins via WriteText.ai. If you access WriteText.ai through WooCommerce, Magento, or Shopify, your platform login stays the same.

Need to remove a team member? Password resets will not restrict their access, you will need to either:

• Remove the user from your ecommerce platform, or
• Update their user role to limit WriteText.ai permissions.
