If you submit a request for deletion or anonymization, please note that any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and any associated data cannot be recovered. Make sure to use any unused credits and export your data before initiating the request.

By default, your personal data will be anonymized from your account after two (2) years of inactivity (i.e., no credit usage).
